At Spark Brand Advertising, we strive to deliver high-quality services and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are issued only in specific circumstances and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered if:
- The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
- There was a significant error or failure in the deliverable
- We were unable to provide the service as described
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed work that meets the agreed specifications
- Changes requested after delivery (revisions are handled separately)
- Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
- Services that were already started or completed
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include:
- Your name and contact information
- Order or project details
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, communications, etc.)
4. Refund Process
Once your request is received, we will review the case and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
