At Spark Brand Advertising, we strive to deliver high-quality services and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are issued only in specific circumstances and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
  • There was a significant error or failure in the deliverable
  • We were unable to provide the service as described

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Changes requested after delivery (revisions are handled separately)
  • Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
  • Services that were already started or completed

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order or project details
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, communications, etc.)

4. Refund Process

Once your request is received, we will review the case and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
